Visa Pro Connects Immigration provides consultancy services for visa applications, including but not limited to student visas, work visas, tourist visas, and permanent residency applications. We offer advice, assistance with documentation, and application submission on behalf of clients. Our services do not guarantee visa approval. The final decision lies with the respective government authorities.

Clients must provide accurate and complete information for the visa application process. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents are authentic and up-to-date. Any false information or fraudulent documents provided by the client will lead to immediate termination of services without a refund.

Our consultancy fees are detailed in our service agreement and are subject to change without notice. All fees must be paid in full before we begin processing your application. Payments are non-refundable once the visa application process has started.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. All personal information provided by clients will be used solely for the purpose of processing visa applications. We will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Visa Pro Connects Immigration will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

We reserve the right to terminate our services at any time if the client breaches these terms and conditions. Clients may terminate our services by providing written notice. In such cases, no refunds will be issued for services already rendered.

We may revise these terms and conditions from time to time. The revised terms and conditions will apply from the date of publication on our website.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, India.
